Dancing Bear Farm is a 3 acre homestead made up of a two-story farmhouse, an outbuilding with office space, craft studio and small kitchenette, a barn with a workshop area, vegetable and flower gardens, and beautiful grounds graced with many beautiful trees, ponds, waterfalls, campfire, and children’s play area!
The farmhouse was built sometime in the mid-1800’s and has been added-on and refurbished several times. A double living room was added to the front of the house in the early 1900’s, and a fully self-sufficient apartment was added in the early 1970’s. Most recently, in the early 1990’s a large family room and modern kitchen and laundry rooms were added. Also in the early 90’s the grounds were beautifully landscaped with many perennial flowers, ornamental grasses, ponds, waterfalls, and decks.
