Dancing Bear Farm

Accommodations at Dancing Bear Farm are simple, casual and comfortable. On the first floor of the farmhouse you will find the Common Room with a fireplace and dining table, Music Room with a piano and a variety of other instruments, Library with a desk and comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. On the second floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms and another full bathroom. You can also enjoy sleeping outdoors in your own tent or one of our small pop-up campers.

Mama Bear Room

When you enter this room, you can’t help but feel yourself begin to relax into the welcoming country comfort that awaits you here.  Feel your spirits rise in this bright & lovely room with gorgeous views of ponds and gardens, and farmlands beyond.  Arts & Crafts furniture suite with queen bed perfect for a romantic getaway or a private retreat.  Adjacent to shared bath.

 

Papa Bear Room

Queen bed, walk-in closet, north & south-facing windows, shared bath, no smoking

This spacious room offers a comfortable queen-size bed with built-in book shelf and night lights. Decorated with an interesting, eclectic assortment of artifacts from around the world, as well as a collection of railroad memorabilia. Perfect room for longer stay with lots of closet and dresser space, charming window casing cupboards for your personal items, and a built in ironing board.  Family-friendly room with a rocking chair and plenty of space for available portable crib or aerobed for children of all ages!.

Honey Bear Room

Double bed, large closet, west & south-facing windows, shared bath, no smoking

Snuggle up in the incredibly comfortable and beautiful antique double bed. Sit by the window and watch the birds in the tree tops. Enjoy the rocking chair and a good book. Roomy closet and antique dresser, well-stocked book shelves.  This room offers just the perfect combination of country comfort and old-world charm.  NOTE: This room is only available with whole house rental

Camping Bear

Restroom & shower in Farmhouse, no smoking in campers

Large shaded yard with campfire circle available for tent camping. Two-pop-up campers available for those looking for a bit more comfortable outdoor experience. Guests provide their own tents, bedding, and camping equipment. Beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets over rolling farmlands and gardens.

CAMPING RATES

Pop-Up Camper: $65 per night
Sleeps up to 4 people, $50 cleaning deposit required
Tenting: $15/night, plus $5/person

POLICIES

Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Payment Terms: Your reservation for Dancing Bear Farm will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. We require that all deposits be made by check, as we do not accept credit cards at this time. Balances may be paid by cash or check upon arrival. All currency is in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes will be added to the rates. Checks should be sent to Dancing Bear Farm, P.O. Cancellation Policy: Your deposit, minus $35 administration fee, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to planned arrival. Cancellations under 15 days will not receive a refund. Additional deposits, cancellation periods and minimum stays may be required during peak weekends.
